By purchasing or using any product or service from Vccbaba, including but not limited to our Virtual Credit Cards (VCCs), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Intended Use

The virtual credit cards provided by Vccbaba are offered strictly for lawful, ethical, and legitimate purposes. You agree not to use our services for:

Fraudulent transactions
Identity theft
Money laundering
Phishing or hacking
Circumventing country-based restrictions or sanctions
Buying illegal goods/services
Any activity that violates local or international laws
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of service and potential legal action.

2. Service Disclaimer

Vccbaba is a third-party digital product provider and is not a bank, financial institution, or licensed credit issuer.

We do not provide loans, lines of credit, or interest-based services.

Our VCCs are prepaid, anonymous digital cards with limited functionality and are not tied to your identity or credit history.

While our cards are compatible with most platforms, we cannot guarantee acceptance by every merchant or website.

3. Delivery & Usage

Cards are delivered digitally and instantly upon confirmation of payment.

You are responsible for ensuring that the platform you intend to use supports virtual cards and 3D Secure if applicable.

Once issued, cards are non-refundable and non-transferable unless there is a verified technical issue directly caused by us.

4. No Refunds / No Chargebacks

Due to the nature of our digital product, all sales are final. No refunds, replacements, or chargebacks will be issued for:

Incorrect usage by the buyer
Rejection by a merchant due to policy or regional restrictions
Failed attempts to bypass verification systems or unsupported platforms
Mistaken orders (e.g. wrong amount or quantity)
Refunds are only issued if Vccbaba fails to deliver a working card and cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time.

5. User Responsibility

By using our services, you agree that:

You are 18 years of age or older
You will provide accurate and non-fraudulent information when requested
You take full responsibility for how and where you use your card
You will not attempt to reverse engineer, duplicate, or resell our products
You will not abuse our service for illegitimate purposes

6. Privacy & Data Protection

We value your privacy. Vccbaba does not store unnecessary personal information.
Any information shared (e.g. email or Telegram handle) is only used for delivery or support and is never sold or shared with third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vccbaba shall not be held liable for:

Losses due to misuse or unauthorized access to your card
Inability to access certain platforms due to policy or region restrictions
Financial or reputational damages resulting from use or misuse of our product
Downtime, delays, or third-party technical issues
