Q12: Are these cards safe to use online?
A: 100%. Our VCCs are highly secure, support 3D Secure, and allow you to control your spending. Since they’re not tied to your personal bank, they’re safer for risky or one-time purchases.
Q13: What payment methods do you accept for buying a VCC?
A: We accept cryptocurrencies including USDT (TRC20/ERC20), BTC, ETH, and more. Need something else? Contact us to check availability.
Q14: Can I get a refund if a card doesn’t work?
A: All cards are tested before delivery. If there’s a genuine issue (e.g. card not delivered or not working on any platform), we’ll either replace the card or refund the amount. Refunds are not available for failed use due to misuse or unsupported sites.
Q15: What should I do if a platform declines the card?
A: First, check if the platform accepts international virtual cards and supports 3D Secure. Also make sure your billing info matches. If you’re unsure, contact us — we’re here to help.
